A traditional French seed shallot, extremely versatile with a strong, sweet flavor. The shape makes it easy to process.
Variety Description

This variety of shallots will produce one large shallot. Unlike other shallots they will not divide in to a cluster. The benefit of having large shallots it is less to process when cooking with this banana shaped shallot.
It is an intermediate-long day variety, planted in the late season slot an has a bronze to red external color with some pinking in internal rings.
