Strong flavor with a great taste. Shallots have a unique flavor that taste like a cross between garlic and onions.
Variety Description

This variety of shallots will produce one large shallot. Unlike other shallots they will not divide in to a cluster. The benefit of having large shallots it is less to process when cooking with this semi-long shaped shallot.
A semi-long hybrid shallot with superior vigour and disease resistance. Excellent color and quality of skin.
Recommended latitudes: Planting from sets: 37-60 degrees
